Coming to the office? Call before you travel. The office is also a working yard, and on some days the whole team is on a site outside town. A call means somebody is there when you arrive.
Your message arrives
By form, WhatsApp, phone or email — all of it reaches the same office, and it is read the same day in working hours.
We ask what is missing
Usually drawings, dimensions or photographs. If the scope is clear we move straight to the visit or the price.
Site visit
In New Karu and the FCT normally within a few days; further out, arranged around the programme.
Priced scope and programme
A written offer with the materials specification, assumptions, exclusions and a programme in weeks.
Prefer to talk first?
Call the office during working hours. If nobody picks up, the team is on a site — send a WhatsApp and the call will come back to you.
Replies are sent by WhatsApp. Every message to info@peterch.org is read — include a working number and we will come back to you the same working day.
