We buy locally, and we pay on time
Most of what goes into a Peterch building is bought within a few kilometres of the site: blocks, sand, cement, reinforcement, timber, roofing, plumbing, cable. We are open to new suppliers and to specialist subcontractors, and we would rather build a long relationship with a reliable supplier than chase the last naira of discount with a new one every month.

- Roof carpentry and covering
- Aluminium and glazing, doors and ironmongery
- Electrical and plumbing installation (with testing)
- Tiling, terrazzo and screeding specialists
- Painting and decorating
- Borehole drilling and pump installation
- Plant hire: excavators, rigs, mixers, cranes
- Haulage and material supply
What we ask for
- CAC registration or a verifiable business identity
- TIN and bank account in the business name
- Evidence of similar work, with photographs or referees
- For trades: names of the people who will actually be on site
- A written quotation against a defined scope, not a verbal rate
- Willingness to work to our programme, safety requirements and supervision
Subcontractors are paid against measured work and agreed stages, not against promises. If a specialist does good work on one job, the next enquiry goes to them first — that is how our trade list has stayed stable.
We will not engage a subcontractor who cannot show how their people are covered on site, or who asks to work without supervision. One uncovered injury on a client's plot is a problem for the client as well as for us.

Send an email with your business name, what you supply or the trade you do, your location, CAC and TIN details, and two references. Photographs of previous work help more than a brochure.
Looking for work on site?
Labour enquiries are handled by the site team. Send your trade, experience and location by WhatsApp and it will be passed on when a gang is being formed.
