Quotations on a defined scope are free. What we need is enough information to price what you actually want rather than what we assume you want.
- Site location, with a landmark or plus code
- Drawings, a bill of quantities, or a dimensioned sketch
- The level of finish you want — photographs of something you like are ideal
- Your target start date
- Whether we supply materials or you do
- For repairs: photographs showing the problem from a step back and close up
We do not give a firm price from a phone description and a guessed area. If the information is not available, we will either visit, or quote with clearly-marked provisional sums so you know which parts are estimates.
