Our office and yard are in New Karu. That is where the crews, the tools and the supervision start from every morning, so it is also where we are fastest and cheapest.

Home ground. Sites in New Karu, Karu, Mararaba, Masaka, Ado and the surrounding districts of Karst and Kokona are reached without mobilisation cost.
The rest of Nasarawa State
Keffi, Akwanga, the state capital and other local government areas, for building, borehole and external works contracts.

Building from abroad without being sold a story
A large share of the houses around New Karu are being built by people who live in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada or the Gulf. The usual failure is not the builder's skill, it is the information gap: the client cannot see the site, so progress is whatever they are told it is.
We report with photographs and short videos taken on the site — the same footage you can see on the project pages of this site. You see the work as it stands: the excavation before the footing, the reinforcement before the pour, the courses as they go up. On request we will walk a site on a video call.

If a family member or a friend is supervising on your behalf, put that in writing with us at the start. It is far better to have a named representative with defined authority than three people giving three instructions to the site.
We do not ask for large sums before work is done. If anyone claiming to represent this company asks you to pay a lump sum into a personal account, stop and call the office number on this website.
What travel means for your quotation
Within New Karu and the immediate Karu area there is no mobilisation charge. For Abuja and the wider FCT there is travel and supervision time, and it is shown as a line in the offer rather than hidden in the rates. For sites further out, mobilisation, staff accommodation and plant transport are priced honestly — and if the distance makes the job uneconomic for both of us, we will say so and decline rather than price it high and hope.
