Who we are
This website is operated by Peterch Construction Ltd, #5 Peterch Street, New Karu 961105, Nasarawa State, Nigeria. You can reach us at info@peterch.org or +234 806 396 9552.
What we collect
Only what you send us. If you use the quote or contact form, the form builds a message on your own device which is then sent to us through WhatsApp — the information reaches WhatsApp's infrastructure as well as ours, and WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply to that channel. If you email or call us, we receive your name, contact details and whatever you choose to tell us, including drawings, photographs and site information.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, price a job, carry out a contract, and keep the records a construction company is required to keep — contracts, certificates, invoices and statutory documents. We do not sell information and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
Who sees it
The staff who need it to answer you or to run your project, our professional advisers where a contract requires it, and public authorities where the law requires disclosure. Where we publish project photographs we do not identify a client without written permission.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become contracts are kept while the enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Contract and accounting records are kept as long as Nigerian law and the professional indemnity arrangements require.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to info@peterch.org.
What this site does not do
There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this website and no third-party analytics scripts. The site loads its own CSS, images and fonts; nothing is pulled from an external server. Videos are served from this domain.
Links to other sites
We link to Peterch QS, the quantity surveying practice of the same company, and may link to other sites. Their privacy terms apply once you leave this one.
